Thumbs up

Wow dude you are getting better with each video! Great editting and grade man!

Are you going to post a Vimeo version too? Would love to see it!

2 Seconds ago I shot my mate doing a drift in his old 5 series BMW, I'll upload it when I got my edit finished. Your videos are definitely an example for me!

Some shots of Hood shot setup

and another awesome position I had in 1/4 finals, and for some reason camera was acting up...

and I missed one of the best shots of the day, the driver of the blue car came so close to the wall he actually scraped some paint of the car

Your filming is very alike our cameraman, he was our DOP for 2 Vredestein and one Porsche film and his filming is very reminiscent of yours. Ofcourse we could hire some nice equipment to get the job done, however the quality of your shots approach that with probably 1/50th of the budget.

I shot my mate in his BMW a couple a days ago to try out some 50fps=>25fps techniques using interlacing and it works! Considering I am a crap cameraman I think there is some great potential in a HV20 combination with some great post work. If I put these shots through a motion-stabilizer or even frameblend it up to 100fps the effects could be spectacular!

Here it is (not spectacular compared to your stuff!):

This clip was shot using 1/250 shutter to eliminate most of the motion blur and in TV mode HDV 50i. This was then deinterlaced into 50fps using the free JES deinterlacer:

I still have to edit and do some postproduction on this so it is far from what I want it to be, I just figured this postprocessing/shooting technique might be useful to you.

Awesome work and keep us posted!
