    Default My DIY lenshood

    This is my DIY lenshood. Cost = $0

    Just cut off the top of a plastic juice bottle and wrapped it with black insulation tape . Snug fit and all. Perfect!!

    You could use a sawn off flower pot. No need to paint it if you get a black one!

    I think he has the wide angle lens on, so it fits snuggly on that.

    Looks great Wolfsman!

    Today I ordered my raynox HD-6600 wide angle lens. In my oppionion the lens hood of the XH-A1 is too large for the HV-30.
    So I think I'm also gonna make my own lenshood (:
