Good, I almost had a heart-attack!

Mal, I think the users here would agree with me that this site is extremely well run with no ads, spammers, popups or malware. People can upload and download footage and photos to their hearts content, and this is all thanks to you. Now it seems a little unfair that you should foot the bill for all this, so is this a feasible long term strategy? Will you introduce advertising space in future like google ads or possibly align with canon or other vendors of HV20-compatible gear? I'm just spitballing here, trying to help you out. I thought about registering the HV30 domain for you, but that's sadly taken already.

Anyway, what I'm trying to say is THANKS, and I hope that this site will be here for a while to come yet!

Yeah, we'll see where we go; right now the cost is minimal, piggy-backing off other paid-for server space.

I can't stand the google ads, but maybe we can introduce some VERY limited ads; we'll see. Hopefully we can be ad-free for as long as possible...certainly at its current stage there's no need for it, thankfully.
