Two Cineform versions are the same?

I just ordered an HV30 from B&H Photo.

I have never done video editing, but after spending many hours of research, I decided that I would purchase Vegas (on order from B&H for about a week, waiting for the upgrade version to be back in stock).

I also decided to order Neo HD. I think that I only need Neo HDV, but David posted the generous discount for the HV20 forum, so I decided to spend more so that I can handle full 1080 and 10-bit if I desire.

I went to the web site, and there appear to be two versions of Neo HD, but they look the same to me. Does it matter which I order?
