Do you think some other company is going to do a worse job with the ProApps?
We'll have to wait and see if there is any truth to the rumor, and if so, who the buyer might be. They support & development could be better or worse, which seems to be the sentiment from other FCP users.

Well... don't give up just yet. I have heard from someone who works in the Apple ProApps and he could not confirm the rumor. He admits employees are sometime the last to know, but they are moving full steam ahead on the next updates for the ProApps software.
So... I'll temper my concern for the time being.
