I am very new to this world! I have an hv20. I am using w.m.maker on Vista 64 bit. I am doing well but want to "publish" edited stuff from the computer back to the tape on the camcorder. W M.maker says it is recording, the download line does its stuff but nothing happens. Then it says "the digital video device is not responding".
Sorry to be a pain, but should I have pressed a button somewhere?
I have scoured the manual but cant find how to do it. Maybe I am being optomistic, but I thought dv tape would be a good way to store the "footage" until I need it later.
I have managed to burn it to a dvd, saved it on hard drive, but cant get it back to the hv20. Any help welcome!
