Canon Hv20 or Sony HCR-HC7
Hi Guys,
Please help me to chosse between those 2 cams. It will be my 1st cam to own. I will shoot more still images than video. Thank you.

If you will shoot more still images than Video, I'd suggest a still camera.
I like Canons, so something like a SD1000 is AWESOME; small, sturdy and light, and shoots 640x480 video including sound.
But the TX1 might be IDEAL for you:
Some choices:
- SD1000, great little 7MP cam for less than $200, shoots 640x480 video too.
$185
- SD950IS, new IS cam with 12MP, shoots Movie @ 1024 x 768 (15 fps),
$400
- TX1, still/video hybrid, 7MP stills and Movie @ 1280 x 720 (30 fps).
Probably your best fit, as it may just be desinged for someone like you who wants both video AND stills. About $440.00

I like my Canon SD870IS. The built-in wide angle lens is wonder in capturing tight area. The 3" LCD is nice too.
