More camera comparisons from Zacuto.
Arri Alexa really shines IMO.

I agree, the Alexa looks good. So do the F65, FS100 and the C300 - they are all holding the orange colour of the 'house' across the street.
The F65 grading looks agressive.
The Epic footage could really do with some midtone contast.
The iPhone, GH2 and 7D all suffer from a lack of dynamic range washing out the mid to high orange tones of the 'house'.
If anybody wants to know why I hate DSLR (Canon) footage, see HERE. This doesn't look like a movie, it looks like a long Youtube video.
All the more reason to believe the GH2 is in a league of its own above Canon.

Boy... do I feel sheepish. My bad, DSLR community. Must have read the wrong article.
But wow, that does look horrible.
Whoa, but again. Apologies.

1) Yep! On the other hand, I'm sure there's some stuff that looks good too. It's like in anything else: there's extremely good & surprising stuff while there's the exact opposite as well.
2) I give you the point... On the other hand, Fincher's Millenium was shot on a RED and it didn't look'd that bad to me. Depends on how it's being done.
