    Default Private YouTube channel

I've just about had it with YouTube!

What?? I cannot make YouTube channels private anymore!!!?? WHY are MY UNLISTED VIDEOS showing up in my SUBSCRIBERS' subscriptions and weekly/monthly emails!!!!????

HOW YOU USED TO MAKE CHANNELS PRIVATE

--Sign into your YouTube account. Click on your channel located at the upper right corner of the screen. Once you are on channel go to the, “settings” menu located above your selected videos.

--Select, “no” under the make channel visible option. This will keep your YouTube channel from being visible to the general public. Click, “Save Changes.”

How come they removed this option?!?!?!?!?!?!? I'm going to raise hell!

Because the omnipotent goggle does not want you trying to hide from them. These types of things are exactly what's keeping me from putting more video up on youtube: You never know when the rules will change and make everything that once was private now public.

The worst part is the nefarious manner in which they change things without telling you. If there's been a change in the rules it needs to be clearly disclose. In other words, you should not be able to log in until you've acknowledge acceptance of the new rules/policies/changes.

It should also be in clear English (or whatever language) and not all the indirect legalese gobbledegook speak. A clear indication some hanki panki is going on.

Seriously. It's ridiculous. I like the idea of reading the new rules before logging in. That would let us know what the F is going on!!!!!!!!!

What's this all about? I have a couple of private and unlisted videos and they are still private. Did YT take away the button for newly posted videos?

Beware!!!! If you have subscribers, they may be able to see some of your private videos in their subscriptions tab or in the email updates
