Settings for BlackMagic Intensity card & Premiere Pro CS4 with HV20?

I have just installed a PCI-e BlackMagic Intensity card, as my Firewire is fried, so I can capture HDV from tape. Win 7 recognises the card and it comes up in Premiere but I can't see the video or play it. I have no idea what the settings should be or the significance of the settings. I'm not even sure if the Capture Device should be HDV or the card? AFAIK, I don't want uncompressed but that's about it. The end result will be for converted to FLV for my web site.

Advice on the best settings or why it's not seeing my HV20 appreciated. Thanks.

OK, sorted! All the forum posts I found were referring to NTSC and my cam is PAL. Doh! Anyway, unless you set the card, BM's control panel and project to 1081i 50fps, it won't see the camera. OK, off to do some testing.
