Default "Fine Evening" - Music Video

Hey guys, this music video was shot on a Canon t2i with just the kit lens. There's actually quite a story behind the shoot. While we were filming, someone saw us pouring 'gas' (water) over the car and then saw us 'waving around' the gun and called the cops on us. The cops took out their guns and aimed it at our friends and handcuffed them. We then explained to them that the gun was fake and they let us go and got a good laugh out of it haha. Check out the Music Video and let me know what you guys think! Oh and the song was produced by us as well, everything is original.

Moral of the story regarding the gun? Call the cops first and let them know whats going on... so that if you do spook someone, they can say "oh, thats just a music video shoot... we've already spoken to them about it".

Regarding the video. Very interesting shooting style, I quite like it actually. Gave a nice low budget feel. The song was alright (not really my style of music, but not bad!), and your special effects were pretty sound. I would have got the girl to jump up on the car and really get into pouring the gas all over it.
Interested to know... was this shot all in one take?

I thought it was great. Really enjoyed the editing and I liked the look and a lot of the shots. The song wasn't half bad either.

Haha yeah we probably should've. Thanks! Yeah the gas thing was really rushed because we tried to make sure that no one will suspect anything (that was obviously unsuccessful). It wasn't actually all shot in one take, it was shot in two takes. Each shot took so many attempts to get right because of slight imperfections in the shots each time. Thanks for your comments!

    Very cool.

The switch from the first guy singing to the chick is SUPER MEGA COOL!!!! That was totally awesome...with the slight train move, etc. PERFECT!

    Very well done!!!
