The Lucky One stars Zac Efron.
You have to go see it.
I was amazed by this movie. I have never seen a movie with so little to say about nothing. Nothing happens, and then more nothing happens.
The shots the director manages to put in the move, like washing dishes, or walking, or trees with moss, or shots of a dog, where absolutely NOTHING happens, and it does NOT move the story along (because there is no story), I mean, I've never seen anything like it.
I dare you to try to shoot this much nothing going on and put it together into a full length motion picture. You couldn't do it. You'd run out of mundane boring things to shoot, but not this director. This director manages to shoot an entire movie's worth of this crap. But, all this crap is shot at golden hour, and sometimes at night. But if it's during the day, it's golden hour, all day.
Then, for a about 5 minutes (literally, no more than 5 minutes) some random action happens. But don't worry, it's not for any particular reason, it really is random, and it doesn't particularly change anything that you would care about.
