Default Need help with Premiere & After Effects...

So I've taken my footage (37 individual clips), removed the pulldown, and peiced it all together in Premiere... This is from my vacation, and I made a new Sequence for every "Scene"... for instance, my sequences are:

    1. Lake Watson
    2. Jerome, AZ
    3. Grand Canyon

and so on... there are like 8 total. I am done with all of the sequences, titles, transitions, etc all look good... But now what??

I tried importing my premiere project into after effects to do my color corrections etc, but I lose my titles and who knows what else.

So question #1: Should I just export each sequence as a movie, make color corrections, then piece it all together in premiere as one big movie?

and if the answer is yes, then:

Question #2: I can't seem to find a codec in Premiere that will export the media with the same settings as my source and not compress the crap out of it. My source files are 1440x1080, 23.976fps, 1.333 aspect ratio. The only options I see for the 23.976 frame rate are the 1080p settings which are 1920x1080. The rest are either 24, 25, or 30.

I've spent a lot of time getting these sequences the way I want... but now I can't seem to get them out of premiere without losing the super-clear video.

    Thoughts?

Anyone? Interested to see other peoples workflow on larger projects that use Premiere and After Effects...

    1) Yes. What I would do would be to treat each clip individualy: remove pulldown, color correct them and export them in an intermediate codec.
    2) Read more about intermediate codec here. Personally, I'm editing in Vegas 8.0 pro and I use After Effects to color correct and compose my clip. I would also do the titles directly there and export them using an alpha matte if you want to add them over an existing video in Premiere when you'll cut the whole video.
I DO IT BECAUSE I CAN. I CAN BECAUSE I WANT TO. I WANT TO BECAUSE YOU SAID I COULDN'T.
