My browser locks up waiting for the quote, but when the post/edit window finally appears, the window is empty...
The same thing is happening with me on Firefox 12 too.
Oops, I'm on 14.0a2, not 12.
Same with Safari.
It seems to be a timing issue. I get the beach ball, then after a while a blank positing window....

Guess my browser is too old... and perhaps my OS

Didn't do anything. I will have to update the whole forum software. Newer version is a BETA, so...
In the meantime I disabled the QUOTE TEXT

I now think it may have to do with the installed JAVA version...
Nope according to javatester.org, they both are running the same version.

I re-enabled "Quote selected text" as it doesn't seem to be the culprit....and works for some.
Doesn't work for me Mal, either quote selecter nor reply with quote.
Not a big deal, I can always copy&paste and use the quote function in the message box.

Same results for me using FF, IE, Safari, Opera or Chrome
