Eyefilm Amsterdam
Besides boat rides on the Grachten and legalized weed, Amsterdam has a new attraction: the Eyefilm museum/cinema. It is a film collection, as well as a forum for filmmakers. It is a cinema, there are lectures to get kids into film making, expositions on filmmakers, a collection (you can borrow or buy old films),...

If you ever get to Amsterdam, I suggest a visit to the EYE (before you get stoned).

Ah, really? You know, some people actually believe Bill O'reilly about everybody being stoned, prostitutes at every corner, crime rates through the roof and so on.
Anyway, that one is absolutely, totally on my list. As I live in the Netherlands it's not that hard for me anyway, so I think I"ll pay EYE a vist, somewhere in the upcoming weeks.
I have been living three years in the Netherlands. Everyone's asking me "ey, is that true that....?"
And the weed here on the island is even better than the Dutch hybrid stuff... much smoother... <cough>so I'm told<cough>
