I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. When you record mono, you get a signal to the left channel (that's an agreed on standard). All you have to do in post is to pan to the center.

yhea i know that part i can select left channel only in the editing software but is there a option to change it from stereo to mono on the camera or maybe with magic lantern firmware?

So far, I don't think. From what I understand, it records stereo PCM @ 1536kbps. One thing you could do would be to use a mono>stereo adapter, so you'd record both channel, as "dual-mono" in the camera. But you can't set the DSLR to record mono directly.

In Premiere there is a simple "Fill Left" or "Fill Right" audio filter for this job.

worst case without filter is to use 2x mono tracks and put the audio stream in both. dual-mono audio.
