    Default HV40 Repair Question.

    I bought a HV40 about a year and a half ago because the reviews were great. About two months after the 1 year warranty was up the camcorder failed to playback my cassettes. I did a little bit of research and came to the conclusion my video heads were dirty so I purchased a cleaner, which did not work. So, I procrastinated a bit and finally sent the HV40 to repair shop which claimed it knew the problem and would fix the HV40 to factory specifications. Well I received the HV40 back today and not only was the problem not fixed, but the menus are all different. I was wondering has anyone had this issue occur? The company stated there is a 3 month Warranty for repairs(on the same issue) ,but I don't want to use them again. I wanted the item fixed the first time.

    Different HOW ? Some other language?
