How To Make The videos in Full Screen?

I have a HV30 cam and i want to simply know how to film and show the films in full screen instead of the black balks?

I always used HDV25 should i film in just HDV?

Where do you see the black bars ? On a TV, or on a computer screen? It's all about the aspect ratio setting of the display...

If it's a TV, there's usually an aspect ratio button on the remote. 4:3 or 16:9 are normal choices, you8 should choose the latter for HDV.

HDV is better quallity then HDV25 isnt it?

Same quality (in theory, both are 1080x1920), but different frame rate.
