Doesn't seem to work with Vegas Pro 11... I can't import anything into it, not even EDL saves of my projects.
You can't EDL. You need XML. Vegas ain't doing that?
...never mind. Seems Sony did its own XML.

Yeah. Seems like Sony isn't compatible with this software. Shame, as Vegas is my go-to for all projects.
Macbreakstudio is bringing out a free DaVinci tutorial. Part 1 - Introduction:
Part 2 should come either next or the following Sunday (they might take an Easter break).
The full training (7 hours video) is available as download from Rippletraining (the guys behind Macbreakstudio) for 79 bucks ... iTunes required.
Rippletraining might not be known to Windows users, but their tutorials are top-notch (and recognized as official trainings material for Apple certification).

There's also a discussion about DaVinci and color grading in general (haven't watched it yet) on Macbreak Studio live:

And part 2 is out:
the show is pretty centric on FCP, but it is still watchable from the other side.

From what I've watched, this videos seems quite complete and very step-by-step:
Sorry, saw it was the same exact version of what you posted way earlier...
