    Default Game #369 - Thunderball

    Game version 1
    One picture from one movie:

    Rule 1:
NO IMAGE HOSTING ON EXTERNAL SERVERS.
Images for the games need to be ATTACHED to the post, and thus uploaded to our server.

    Rule 2:
TWO GUESSES PER PERSON PER POSTED PICTURE!!! Those two guesses are not allowed to be in the same post, NOR in a consecutive post. I.e. you can post one guess, then have to wait for someone else to guess: your second guess is not allowed to be immediately following your first guess.

    Rule 3:
The WINNER of the game can start a new game IN A NEW THREAD.
NO ONE ELSE (unless yielded so by the winner).

    Rule 4:
Once there's a winner, PLEASE post the correct name into the thread (spelled correctly,
and capitalized correctly, and not in italics or bold face.)

    Rule 5:
The correct title format is: "Game" / space / "#" / number.
    Example: " Game #12" (without the ")
(no space between the # sign and the number!)

    Rule 6:
The film selected should be one that has had an international, theatrical release.
I.e. a made-for-TV movie only shown in the USA would hardly be a fair entry, as
    we have international players also.

    Rule 7:
These complete rules (1 to 7) have to be copy & pasted into each new game's first post.

Another screen shot in a few hours...

    No pirhana, no clown fish.

But another type of fish does make several appearances in the movie.

Not The Spy who Loved Me.

Too hard? Here's a shot of the lead actor.

Hint: This actor got his first big break in a Disney film.

That is, I mean, it is "Thunderball"

""She" shouldn't have opened the door herself...

"I've come to offer my sincere condolences..."

As Krute knows, it is indeed Thunderball. And those hands belong to Sir Connery who got his movie break in Darby O'Gill and the Little People.

    Good job, Krute!

    Thanks, Ugarte.

But yeah, that last frame was a dead giveaway. I think I was just lucky that I saw it before a few others here!

According to IMDb: "His big breakthrough came in 1962 when he starred as secret agent James Bond in Dr. No (1962)"

I guess it could be subjective, though.

True, it is subjective. But Albert Broccoli cast him as James Bond because he saw him in Darby O'Gill. That film was a big boost to his career.

Good little film, too. A boyhood favourite of mine. One of the films that boosted my fascination with special effects.

Guys, I can't put up a game until the morn, about 14 hours from now. So, just talk among yourselves for a while, okay?
