    Default ipad 2 camera mount

Check it out....You can attach a tripod to it for those pan & tilt shots, use 37 mm conversion lenses, including wide angle and zoom, add a video light or shotgun microphones, or use an optical viewfinder when shooting in bright sunlight.

Cool! But the audio quality with the shotgun mic he uses is awful! Either it is a particularly bad condenser mic, or he should just have followed the golden rule: "Get the mic off the camera".. ;-)

If somebody made enough videos to need something like that... why would they be using an iPad and not a video camera?

The sound for the entire thing, even the VO, is hagged so badly* that it was difficult to focus on the, otherwise cool-seeming, product...

There's a whole website dedicated to videos from iPhones/eye pads... I don't know - to me there's no difference than my wife shooting video with her Olympus uzi (according to her the best video cam ever made - and I got it for her....)

Don't forget the portability factor, all your accessories fit in a laptop bag.

did anyone mention how poor the quality is of the iPad 2 camera? i wouldn't use it if you taped a leica lens to it and plated it in gold. it's still a horrible camera.
