Default HV40 component output - interlaced or progressive and resolution?

Does anyone know the format of the live (not recorded) component output of the HV40?

The manual seems to suggest 480i (so 640x480 interlaced) comes out of the component jack.

I want to use the component output of the HV40 as a video source for live streaming and knowing the resolution/format of the component output will help configure the encoder optimally.

    Thanks!

The same as the camera. In fact, I viewed the output using the RGB ports as compared to HDMI and the two were identical. If there was a difference, I couldn't tell on the plasma screen I was viewing.

    Component does 1080 @ 50i/60i.
    Composite does 480 @ 50i/60i.

    (PAL/NTSC)

You could've read this in the manual.
