Problem with Adobe Premiere CS4 and rendering

Hi!

I have very wierd problem and it is mainly with transitions and titles.

Example, if I add one transition between two clips and render it. When I now make the transition longer and render it again. Then it will be like the first lenght transition and then blink and again transition. So it seems that if I render something twice, Premiere will still remember the first render and mix the different lenght of transitions together.

Wierd thing is also with titles. If I add some titles and render it. Then later I will change the size and render it again. Then there will be freezing spots in the footage.

I hope my story isn`t too confusing. I am sure that it is something to do with rendering... Have someone dealt with the same issue? Is this some kind of bug or some tick in the wrong place in settings? Maybe deleting all the render files for this project in the Premiere folders will help?

I will really appreciate for your help. I`m doing my schoolwork and lot`s of editing hours are done and this anomaly is really frustrating. Besides deadline is also approaching.

Sequence- Delete Render files didn`t fix the problem. I deleted all the Premiere files what was related to this project and then rendered again all the project. It seems that manual deleting helped. Okei, now I know hot to fix this but are there any solutions, how the rendering wouldn`t do that in the future? And still is it a bug or some tick in the wrong place/box?

Program got upgraded, Windows got upgraded and PC got upgraded...still the same anomaly. So this is okay that you can render only once the transitions and titles?

So rendering is for pussy`s and real editors edit without it? It seems that I am the only one with this issue...
