Default The Board - 48 Hour Film Festival Entry

Hey guys, just wanted to share this new piece called "The Board" for a 48 hour film festival. Please take a look! Our objective was to use this line " That guy's an abuser, a loser, a boozer, and a user." To prove it's not old footage, and the genre was "Hitman". Anyways we got the whole thing done in 40 hours with 8 hours to spare in case the render or upload goes wrong! Hopefully they don't notice the minor mistakes! Enjoy!

I've seen two pictures now of your boom op and he doesn't seem to use headphones?
The Korova milkbar sold milk-plus, milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were drinking. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultra-violence.

I Wear them since the zoom is connected closer to the camera.

This makes me very sad...Just the other day i was wondering how great it would be for HueyNRolf to do boom work for me. It sounded like a great idea, pun intended. Oh well.

Nice look, writing and acting as usual. Enjoyable.
The music music could have been better. I think it's the weakest part of the whole thing.
I don't think the synth stuff worked that well. Maybe it would have with a bit more compression and turned down a bit. More sheen less bumpy.

Indeed I did and, despite your convoluted approach to monitoring, it sounded just fine. The whole production was very good as always and your talents turned in great performances (as always).

A few glitches in the writing made the story hard to buy, but ah well.

    Brendan, here's your answer:
This drug doesn’t require a patent, so anyone can employ it widely and cheaply compared to the costly cancer drugs produced by major pharmaceutical companies.
Nicely done movie. 40 hours? Wow!

No, thank you guys for feedback! It's always a great thing to get feedback from fellow filmmakers/videographers.

FC's work is always something great to look back upon again after a long spell. IMO he's the best internet "storyteller" today.
