Production I'm working for just bought one for me to use... so I'll be scanning all the threads for ideas, cautions, nifty tricks.

    Hi & Welcome onboard!
Nice camcorder, you'll get decent picture quality out of that one! If you need help, this is the right place to ask, people will help you for sure.
There's already a lot of stuff that has been posted so you can always do a search first, or PM members like me, with many posts and they'll be able to redirect you to the right place if needed.
    Good luck with your projects!
I DO IT BECAUSE I CAN. I CAN BECAUSE I WANT TO. I WANT TO BECAUSE YOU SAID I COULDN'T.

Thanks, I'm actually working on a short film for Action Fest. Not sure if i'll be able to finish it on time. But definitely will finish it. The short is really short, 30 second clip. I'm trying to do a split screen segment for 20 seconds of it. Hopefully it works, if not i'll try again.

Thanks alot for the support. I shot my entire film, but converting the footage on Windows 7 seems to be the tough part. I'm using Adobe premiere pro Cs3, but I think I might need to do a pulldown. What would be the best software to use for that ?
