    ok what is the best settings when compressing HD video

    this is the settings i got. im compressing it from a cineform avi file and would like the best settings possible anyone wanna help me out.

    If you're exporting for archiving, export back in Cineform. If for viewing, use this: http://eugenia.queru.com/2007/11/09/...-for-vimeo-hd/
