    Default Exporting

    I am kinda new to editing and exporting. I have did some searching around the forums but unable to find good resources on exporting. Can you (everyone willing to participate) list your export settings on whatever program you use. This wont only help me, but others. Mainly I am shooting in 24p and wanting best looking picture no matter the size. Also I will be using premier cs3 and vegas. But would like to see all programs. =] Thanks

    Export in h.264 VBR 5mbps with 7mbps peak, 128kbps AAC stereo audio, 23.976 fps for 24p. If given the choice, use CAVLC instead of CABAC for entropy coding (it's faster on Quicktime).
