This was a hair confusing so I wrote out what I did:

1. Go here: http://dlc.panasonic-europe-service....s/default.aspx
2. Skip Enter Model Number and select AV Products from the line below it.
3. Select Digital Still Camera
4. In the next line I guessed and selected DMCGH2EB which got me an English manual.
5. The manual will be listed below, click View to see it on the screen and then either Control click and select Save As or in the File menu select Save Page as or whatever your browser says.
