Troubleshooting Twoneil adapter
Really excited because I just got the Twoneil+ in the mail, but I'm having a problem with image darkness, I think because of the lens I'm using. I went through the installation instructions and I browsed forums but I haven't come across this particular problem.
I'm using a newer Nikon lens, 28-80mm, 1:3.3 - 5.6 G. When I attach it to my Canon HF S200+twoneil the image becomes significantly darker, basically totally black unless pointed directly at a light, and I can't seem to get the brightness up through adjusting the exposure manually. I've rotated the adapter so the screen is aligned. Am I using a lens that isn't really compatible? Thinking I should be using a smaller really wide angle lens. I'm really not technically adept, so sorry if this is something straightforward.
My second question is, I have a bunch of old Pentax lenses from my spotmatic that I really like and I was hoping to figure out a way to adapt them to the Twoneil, but talking to camera store people it sounds impossible. Anyone have any ideas on that?

No wonder your picture is dark. With your slow lens you really need a lot of light, try it outside a sunny day...
You really need a fast lens for any DOF adapter, say in the f 1:1.8 to 1.4 range.
