Regarding other items that I've sold I have said, "used but not abused." Not true in this case. Up until an unfortunate tripod fall a few months ago this HV30 was great. Bought it as a Canon refurbished unit which functioned as well as my other HV30.
Now however:
* A few cosmetic chips along the top of the viewfinder.
* The LCD display is slightly askew.
* It only records and plays from the left audio channel.
Video remains excellent and was in use until retired after this recent video was made.
The opening, zoomed in shot is from this camera. The audio was from another camera.
So if you have another audio source, this might be just what you need.
Included is the Canon refurbished style box that it came in. All original manuals and cables. I'll throw in at least one blank Panasonic tape, a spare non-Canon battery plus charger, cheap lens hood and whatever else I can find for it.
