That'll be interesting for sure. Not sure what I'm going to come up with quite yet, but I'll figure something out...good luck to everyone!

    Judges:
~HueyNRolf (as he's been the only one for the previous contest)
    ~Ratfink
    ~CornReaper
The backup judge, in the event of a stalemate is KingDucky or Daniel Rutter (depending on availability)
I haven't seen Ratfink on this forum for quite some time, I suspect he didn't know he'd been nominated to judge (last time). I'm not sure what happened to Cornreaper.

Anyways, I can have my notes posted about 3-4 hours after the deadline, but I think you'd better make sure that the other judges are willing and available.

I don't know what to say... When I've looked at previous themes, ideas came to mind instantly. With this one, I honestly have no idea where to go. Hopefully other people are having an easier time with this.

My best ideas come to me through insomnia, so we'll see what happens tonight.

    Ghosts... ghosts... ghosts... hmmm...

    You and me both buddy.

And here I was, hoping I could redeem myself after the terrible not-quite-an entry I made for the last contest.

    I have one!
Anyone with access to a creepy old house two 20 something talents and an older guy 50ish, could make this.
I don't have these resources, so PM me if you want it.

    EDIT:
Shot at night, you'll need a modest light rig.

I do see one potential problem with this theme however, in that it could make for some REALLY generic entries. Just about every concept I've come up with so far in regards to this weeks competition has been done before, and done much better than I could ever make it. But we'll just have to wait and see...

I suppose...I don't know, I'm gonna have to really think this one through for a bit, and let in soak in before I write anything...I'm thinking about using one of the other definitions of 'ghost'.

Ah, this will be a fun one! I've got somewhat of an idea - will definitely be fun to shoot, to say the least.

Well, no ideas came to me last night, but I did have a dream about being bitten by rattlesnakes. This crazy lady tried to cure the snakebites by hitting me repeatedly with a sitar and then impaling my spine with an arrow. No ghosts, though.

When I looked at this thread earlier, an idea started to form, so I might come up with something. Palmer's right about issues with originality. It's going to be hard to come up with something that's never been done before.

Time to do a ripoff of casper :P

Actually, I'll help judge this one Drap. I've been looking to get a 'foot in the door' with this contest anyway. I'm still working on Bittersweet anyway, so I won't be working on other videos for a while.

Good man, Daniel. How soon can you post your notes after deadline?
