Someone probably will tell you to do a search on this topic, but If you are on PC the standard way to get smooth slow motion from regular cameras has been to shoot 60i, use VirtualDub to separate the fields into frames and resize - this gets you smooth 60p, (i.e. at half speed and half your original resolution). Then use your normal NLE to slow it down further.
