Here's the problem right now:
1) I'm the one who is changing the colors and I am in China.
2) I need your assistance by posting images so I can see the orange, purple and red areas (I deliberately chose those color so I could easily identify what they change)
3) Any image you post, you should post as an image ATTACHMENT; I can't access imageshack, or many other file hosting sites from here.

Mal, I'm not sure if it's just me but when I type in "www.hv20.com" I get the following error message:

How I am able to get to this forum is by clicking on something in my history. Maybe I just need to empty my cache. I'll try that but for now I just want to see if any one else is having this issue.

The green style is now at about 97% complete.
Looks like I will need to modify some icons, in order for them to show up the way I want them to.
Might take some time.

Just my HO, but I don't find these colors to work well together.
The bottom bar was one I only just found where to edit; took a LONG time to find.
The rest is pretty much how I want it to look.
I'd say we're at 98% right now. Some color mods still needed...

I know it was motivated by a catastrophe rather than a style choice, but I'm actually kind of liking the "freshening" of the look (although I'm having a hard time adjusting to the new locations of some things, while others, like some moderation tools, i.e., "Delete Post as SPAM" with its option to simultaneously "Ban User," seem to have disappeared altogether).
The Search function does seem to be having its problems; I assume the server is slowly re-indexing everything after the big heart-attack. Since thread names appear to have remained unchanged, at least Google still works — use "searchterm site:hv20.com" (without the quotes) to restrict results to HV20.com.

I just spent 5 minutes trying to delete/ban a user from posting SPAM in the blogs. Talk about hard to find mod tools! I'll address these issues too when I have the time...
Oh yeah, forgot:
we WILL be getting more SPAM until I put all the blocks, checks, and the SPAM-O-METER3000 back in place!
Is there any chance we can get a more clear distinction in the icons of subforums that show there are new posts? Now, we have a light gray (no new) and a light blueish gray (new posts) - very hard to tell apart on a dim laptop screen...
Oh, one more thing - will the game forum open soon? I have the next game all prepared...
