    Default Introductions!

I've been a member of this forum for the past month and a bit, and while I'm slowly getting to know some of you, it was a bit hard at first.

So what I propose is this: We tell a little about what we do, who we are (either in real life or on this forum), and why we are here and what keeps bringing us back here.

    I'll start.

    Name: Tim (a.k.a. Timbit)
Age: 19, but 20 next month
Interests: Photography, cinematography, lawntractorography (), computerology, drawingography, and alliterations. Reading, pen pals, farming, and racing are other interests.

I work part-time for money, and full-time for none (aah...the joys of farming! ). I play a bit of piano, self-taught guitar, harmonica, spoons, and the keyboard on my computer.

My sense of humour goes off the wall at random times, along with my shoes, socks, and whatever else I happen to be wearing at the time.

I love John Deere tractors, GM vehicles (and the occasional other make of car), and the view from my house.

I could keep going on and on with random facts, but I'll stop and let you all have a chance.

    Enjoy!!!

Well, Timbit! It's great to see some initiative here to start something, though it would be nice to see what others have to say! I think you forgot to mention that you are involved in 4-H as well, though.

True, true. It is a shame that this thread may become extinct and go to the end of the forum, but it can't be helped if no one will respond...

Of course, you and I could talk back and forth to each other to pass the time when we get bored.

I would like that if no one responds. How do you like this song that's playing right now?

That should also be read as: "I bounce off the walls with humour and hyperness." And I thought I was a quiet guy...

Lol, a month of being a good boy and now you're a spammer. Even worse, you're spamming your own thread! Haha...

    Yeah, welcome.

    Awesome Timbit.
I have a cousin who loves lawn mowers and john deer stuff. Hes 13 and has made enough money selling lawn mowers that he bought himself his own ford f150 truck, paid in full, for his parents to drive him around in.
You guys might make good friends

Maby I should ask him to join the forum?

Just putting it out there, this is a camera forum, not something like facebook or www.cinemajohndeere.com or www.johndeereuser.com...

Maybe an email swap might be more useful?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but this is the Pub. Aren't we allowed to talk about anything here?
Anyways, I have a Facebook Swap thread I recently started.
    Hope this helps!

I see the confusion. I wasn't telling you guys not to talk about it here, but rather asking your friend to join a camera forum to talk about tractors... I could care less about what you talk about here as long as it's appropriate and within guidelines!

what part of lovely Ontario farm country do you reside. And I'm not sure how many non-canadians will get the reference of your nick-name.

Central Ontario, in the midst of Southern Georgian Bay cottage country. You from Ontario?

True. If they've never heard of Tim Horton's before...

I still feel really bad about my multi-posting. I will remember the thread by "Hello"!!!!!

For real, don't feel bad about your multipost. It's nothing, really. forget about it!
