In terms of filters you would definitely want a circular polarizer perhaps a few ND filters. I would put a sky in front of my lens for the simple reason it's far easier to clean dust off a sky then it is off the lens itself. If you want to get into some more advanced stuff Lee Grads can come in handy, but they are one of those things that may save your ass one day but sit for several years in your bag unused... only to save your ass again all that time later.
