Default Tapatalk installed: HV20.com on iPhone

We all love this forum, and we would all like to be able to access it 24/7. But Safari on the iPhone is a little weak with the small screen when used with the unoptimized interface of HV20.com. Seeing as this is a vBulletin forum, there's a (free) plug-in that Mal can install from a company called Tapatalk. For those who are interested, an app can then be bought on the app store for $2.99 that allows you to access all supported forums (which we would be a part of). There are a whole bunch of supported forums out there, and it'd be pretty cool if we were one of them.

The same company created an app recently for Gearslutz, which I'm sure a few of you have heard of. I use it and love it, for its great features and much improved browsing/posting. Heck, it's so good I almost like it more than using my computer!

So yeah, that's my proposal. Hopefully Mal will oblige.

While I'm not an Iphone user/owner... I've been known to check on this site from my phone (Nokia N95). It would be great to see a WAP friendly version of the forum...

Tapatalk has apps for the major platforms I believe, such as Android, the Blackberry, and the iPhone. Most smartphones are supported.

The plug-in's free and easy to install, can't wait to start browsing. Or if you want to pay for it and make it free for us forumers, you can ask Tapatalk to build an app for you.

A bump, please add me to the list of users who wishes to check the forum on a mobile device. It would be great, please Mal, please!

Woops...not intentional. Mal is not a name I use often (in fact I only used it on this forum, in this topic and in the chatbox some times) and used mail a lot more, so I guess It's just a habit to slip in the 'i'. Sorry Mal.

I take a class in XCode, So I could develop an IPhone app from raw codes for HV20, of course with Mal and all the other mods permission?

I could also create a "free" version for the app store in addition?

Clifford, that is a PHP plugin. You most likely are learning Objective-C. That won't help you much in this case.
