Constant Aperture 2 touch lens

Will such a lens also maintain focus while zooming? I am looking at Cannon 35-105mm f/3.5 for a good all around lens on a letus outside. The one touch lenses are fine, but I can't help but to wonder about the other side of the fence.

Are there any faster constant aperture two touch FD's?

Yes this lens retains focus while zooming, is quite sharp, and quite bright outside.

The fastest constant aperture FD zoom lens is f/3.5. Only in the next iteration of Canon lenses (EOS lenses) did f/2.8 lenses start appearing.
