    Default Internet wonky all over?

Is it wonky all over these days or is it just me?

I'm hearing of intermittent problems from all corners of the world recently, and am having similar probs....

    Anyone else?

Yea... Australian Internets going to get a whole lot slower once this filter is put in...
But the Internet in general seems to have big issues... too many viruses, hackers and such trying to prove a point...

Rumor has it that speeds in the West are going down.Partly due to poor load management. S. Korea apparently is fastest. Unfortunately, part of the problem is we have to re-do the WWW. If we standardized Web UI, that alone would boost speeds by about 20%. So much for Web 2.0

A lot of websites have been hit with DoS attacks this past week and continuing on during this week, its been all over the web.

That part of the slow down problem. I know a few tech sites reported on the story, try googling it.

This here is fake, comedy-BARNEY FIFE,
    of Maybe-airy, US of A!

I suspicioned all along that my Win 7 has been glitchy

of late, this past week or so, due to some sort of...

SURVEIL op-pur-ations. But, now I know it's just...
this "h'internet": it ain't so smart as ME:
    fake-Barney Fife, D E P U T Y Sheriff of Maybe-Airy,
    US of A.

Not sure if its related, but a LOT of the Youtube videos/the Youtube flash player is fudging up at the moment. 90% of what I click on doesn't even load, while the rest seem to crap out (i.e: stop buffering) half way through...

Youtube's going to hell, and sadly... Vimeo holds nothing for me that I really find attractive (Youtube HD looks better to my eyes).

Anyone else having Youtube playback problems?

Exclamation No, no prob'lems here, not in the R out-back

    H-h-h-'llo, Dan-i-ell. This here's fake deputy-Barney
FIFE, pardon me for fillin' in for u-no-who?

He's on his way back in'ta this-here house,
from are lo-cal outback, takin' a...

...what we call a "relief break", or "helpin' to water
    Aunt Bea's Petunias",

in th' back yard, a'front of
'Trig's Wall', as we call it here-bouts.

OK, OK OK! Gottta hurry. It's reid-o:
I see 'im limpin' back to th' shop, right fast.

NOW, as for this u-tube problem: they is find folks,
what with them 'llowin my cousin, fake/real-reid to
have 'bout five thousand yt (yet) channels, all in his
name but I got none so how fair is that? I mean, I
work hard too promotin Vimeo (they's good folks after all).

It does SEEM that yt (pro-nounce it "YET") is NOT quite
ready for "prime time", but that's what we call here,
"growin' plains", or...well, they is always "tweakin'"
th' players an' the yet memburs' knowses, esp in
in; in in Canberra and in Aunt Bea's preserve celler
an' in other good places of this big ol' world.

Final point: what goes round, often FIRES by mistake,
get whut I mean...uh oh here comes my cousin,
    really-reid!

IT IS WELL KNOWN in all of the world that if two
people oc-cue-pie two spaces at the same time
they become a PINK cloud of exp
    loding flesh. Ah,
    fake-Barney, take a break?

    Daniel is from AU, not
    ah, ah, ahhhhhh-CHOO. OK, Barn?

    Barn...?

Oh, shoot, my fake deputy is gone.

And, the flowers out back: they are moist.

And Youtube: it's gettin' greener, almost as I speak.
It's not called Florida here for our cane toads:
    it's wet in our out-back-yard
    !

In brief answer: all is swell, just not always...
    rosy in YT-land
, meant in the polite way, of course.

Thank you, Daniel. While you are here,
please check out your very good:

Reid... I'm a simple man, probably because I'm so young... but I find it hard to understand the points you make in your posts (and PMs). Although, you always seem to make me laugh!

Thanks for the Deviant ART plug

Mate, I almost always write in a sort of code, you see?

But, I spot the special people, I do.

If, in five years, you figure yourself out, and my good intent

Post It's just got to be YT "growing pains": everybody is hurting

Even with that relatively decent download speed,
I, just now, cannot play the linked video just below:

"See Dinner Key", not at its 720P "quality",
not without YT "glitching" at times.

Cause, surely: YT is making changes,
and must deal with HUGE, user-demands.

They must be running themselves ragged,
trying to keep up with the costs of servers,
    and ever-increasing user-demands, bandwidth
    allowances they are always increasing.

In time, all will be sorted out, surely.
    Meanwhile?

"Live it or live with it."

    I like YT. They are Google and Google's good;
they really go all out, for everyone in the world:
    nearly all "pro bono".

Google is also busy putting all of the world's books
to digital-download form, free of all costs to all people.

All of the olden books are going to be available.
YT? That's the free ice cream for us all,
with minimal adverts, at least, for now.

    No complaints here.

    I'll live with any "glitchings"
and be happy for the "gifts" of YT, in most particular.

yep... a lot of "server error" and "page load problem" messages this past week, including craigslist where I've never seen that before.
