HD to Movie Clip

I'm into taking pictures. To add movie clips to my slideshows is my goal. The movies taken from my fujifilm camera is nice but the dimension is small around 760x380. With the fujifilm software the picture slideshow mixes with the Windows movie clips. I watch 5second movies with the pictures as slide shows. It's as easy as drag and drop in windows. My question: is there a downloadable software that can transform HD to Movie Clips? So I can watch 5second movies with pictures in my slide shows.
