The black guy sounds way hot, I would use limiter.

I agree with antman, it's blown alright. Too much of the room in there as well.
Needs a roomtone at the end when the new boyfriend goes back into the room.
The Korova milkbar sold milk-plus, milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were drinking. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultra-violence.
Good point Huey, I didn't think of it till you mentioned it, but yeah it's a bit hollow , echoey.Too much of the room in there as well.

Aside from the audio issues, it was funny though. The guy in the bed room was a hoot.
