Default Fs: Hv30, dof adapter, and extras.

Im selling my HV30, with a modified Handy35, this is stripped down for run and gun, also for flying on a steadycam, or whatever.

HV30, Has two years left on Dell extended warranty. It's in good condition, everything works fine. It does have one dead pixel on the flip out viewfinder. Canon would not fix it, and pointed me to the manuel where they state that they consider several dead pixels to be within their tolerance. It never bothered me any, I use a monitor most of the time anyways.

Handy 35 dof adapter with the good handy35 achromat, It does not come with the handy35 power pod and rails. I modified it. Im not selling the handy35rails! This has the fd mount, and is the important part of the rig. The image.
    cavision style rails.
    Beachtek adapter.
two extra long life batteries. plus external charger.
28mm canon lens, 2.8 and a 50mm 1.8. both good and clean lenses, with no oil on the blades.
It will arrive with all the necessary cables, and packaged in bubble wrap.

The handy 35 is powered by two or four 1.5 volt batteries, very simple, plug it in to the battery pack and it's ready to go.

995.00 plus shipping, I use Paypal. Thanks

This is a damn good deal for anyone who wants the hv30, handy35 quality, and a good mic preamp for under a grand. I don't want to seperate this, and im not desperate to make a sell. this is my price, take it or leave it.
    No returns.
Im selling this within the United States. Sorry guys

Will post some pics in a few.

I think he got something else in the Canon prosumer line, can't remember which one. Probably the XH A1 but not quite sure.
I DO IT BECAUSE I CAN. I CAN BECAUSE I WANT TO. I WANT TO BECAUSE YOU SAID I COULDN'T.

I have been using the xha1s for most of my shooting, I will miss it, but at the same time, I could use some other stuff. If it dosen't sell, it's really not a big deal.

    $25 shipped? haha

    jk

I wish I could afford an XH-A1 right now, but I think learning on the HV30 is best for now.

I agree, the hv30 can shoot as well as the xha1 in certain conditions. well close, in side by side tests, the xha1 was a bit sharper, but we were analising the heck out it. There's no way the avg viewer would know the difference. The advantage with the xha1 is, you can set up the shot in a fraction of the time that you can with the hv30. Obviously this isn't always the case, but in low light with a dof adapter it certainly is. Plus the xha1 destroys the hv30 in low light as well. and the manuel controls make it so pleasurable to use, But in the end, i will always have a special place in my heart for the hvxx series cams.haha

    hahahaha.

Yeah, I think I'm sticking with my hv for a while. I'm trying to stay away from HV specific accessories because I know I will probably upgrade in a couple years when I'm in collage, and I don't want to re-buy all the accessories if I don't need to.

Does it come with what is pictured? I am a little confused about what the handy35 power pod and rails are.

I know you said you don't want to part this out but I will ask anyway. How much for everything but the HV30? Hate to ask but I already have an HV30. Thx.
