    Question Handy35 v5 Problems

I own an hv40, and I just received my Handy35 v5+ in the mail yesterday, and so far, the footage looks great. I've noticed, though, some possible problems; I'm just not sure if they're normal or something to worry about.

First off, when all the way zoomed out using the Camera's zoom, the image on the ground glass looks a bit off center (picture attached). When recording, i must zoom in pretty far until the image is in full screen, and i am worried I am cropping a lot of my image.

Secondly, (This is hopefully normal), I am not 100% sure that the ground glass is spinning. When focused on the glass, with the Handy35 off, I do see imperfections, but when I turn the motor on, I see no change in the image.

    Thank you for helping

i see a noticeable difference in luminosity when my v3 starts spinning, picture gets clearer.
it is normal to zoom about 30% to get rid of vignetting. depends on your lens too.
    my vids with 5Dmk2, 7D, GoProHD, HV20, exotic & rare glass : anamorphics, fisheye, macro, tilt-shift, ultra-wide

Did you put in batteries?, did you turn up the motor speed?, did you press the little grey button to boost speed? did you contact handy35?
    I'm feeling frisky!

It's spinning now... my bad, i can see the difference. As for the vignetting, I guess i'll have to adapt to less room... or get a wide angle SLR lens...
