Macro stuck on Hv30 helppp

hey guys i just got a wide angle lens with macro in the mail today i put them on...and the the lens comes off fine but the macro wont come off!...any help?

Hopefully you didn't do anything drastic yet...

This happened to be before, and it will depend on how tightly you screwed it on, but here's what I've done in the past.

1) Screw the Wide Angle lens back onto the macro adapter, and tighten to the point that it is snug against the macro, but do not make the problem worse by tightening the threads between the macro and the camera

2) This will allow you to have a better grip when you go to unscrew it. Now, when you unscrew it, try to keep your fingers tightly against around the macro adapter. Hopefully, with the extra grip over the wide angle lens and the pressure you keep on the macro to have it turn in unison, you will be able to remove the entire piece together.

If this doesn't work, you might try getting one of the rubber hand grips used for opening jars, to create a tighter hold of the macro piece.
