Very nice shots, both technically and artistically! I made a 6 week trek through Nepal in 1995 but at that time I had to restrict myself to taking photos because camcorder batteries lasted about an hour and at 4000 meter there was no place to recharge them. Nepal is an attractive country and I hope we won't spoil it by mass tourism. So, stay home and film your garden!

    Thanks, Lou.
It may surprise you to know that in 2009 the power situation in Nepal is still a problem- only 8 hours per day (in 2x4 hour blocks, sometimes in the earliest hours) in Kathmandu during Jan/Feb- marginally better/worse situation elsewhere, the irony being that only on the Annapurna trek was there 24 hour power, courtesy of a Swiss-built hydro power station!
Mass tourism will spoil everywhere eventually, but only if you've already been to places..
Oh, and I do film in my garden!

I've been impressed with the pictures you've put up so far, including this one.
They're very attractive and the editing and sound is very nice.
How did you record the sound?

Is this is a work in progress?
It would be nice to see something more coherent.
The Korova milkbar sold milk-plus, milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were drinking. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultra-violence.

    Thanks, HueyNRolf.
The music was recorded on a Sony PCM-D50 & on the HV30 via a DM-50.

Work in progress? No, not really-
still trying to find my feet in film..

That's too bad, your work would make a great foundation for something with a structured story to it.

If i were you, I'd be looking to elevate myself beyond music vid B roll style.
