its a pretty cheap adapter made by a guy whose website doesn't exist anymore.

    (called JJ's 35mm adapters I think)

And no, I've never really had a problem with no support system as long as I lock the tripod tilt.

And that's also not my place, it's my friends place. But thanks!

Best mic I've found for very loud music. Zero clip when used with the audio input level adjustment.

I tried both Rode mics and they clipped at the mic level (very loud live music) ... regardless of audio input levels at the camera stage. Had to return them ...

    This Audiotechnica mic is incredible.

    Really great stereo sound.

    AudioTechnica AT822.

Also, I could not do without that eyepiece over the LCD. It's pure win in bright sun. Its like the viewfinder the HV30 never had.

Where did you get that Eye piece?

Welcome to the forum! Nice little setup! New to video?
By the time you'll learn how to use it, my best advice would be to invest for a better WA lens.
Check for a deal on a Raynox HD-6600. You won't regret it!

Father Christmas will get very angry to see all those WA lenses being zoomed in through :-P
