37mm Century Optics wide angle adapters for sale
I have two 37mm Century Optics wide angle adapters for sale for $125 each.
The first is the Century Optics 0.5X partial zoom through adapter.
The second is the Century Optics 0.65X zoom through adapter:

Forgot to mention that this includes the filter adapters they came with: 27mm-37mm, 30mm-37mm, and 30.5mm-37mm for the O.5X wide angle adapter, and a 30.5-37mm for the O.65X wide angle adapter.
You do realize that neither of these will fit an HV, right?
