That one confused me a bit... I couldn't understand if it meant newspaper print (e.g. news-paper with print on it), or a piece of newspaper that didn't have any print on it!

I assume by the way you wrote your sentance the newspaper had some print on it?

I told me audio friend about aiming for the heart when booming, he was suitably impressed with "my" knowledge.

    Haha.

Yeah Rumple, I was also confused as I listened, but that Scottish guy said, in conclusion, 'just use a newspaper,' and that's what we did. It was a really good white balance.

We were shooting in Yokohama, so used a copy of the Japan Times, but I should think, that if shooting in Blighty, even The Sun would work... who'd have thought that rag would come in useful.

The Korova milkbar sold milk-plus, milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were drinking. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultra-violence.

What a waste, the Daily Mirror is for fish and chip connoisseurs.

I wonder how a copy of The Watford Observer would hold up?
Maybe I'll ask someone in the old country to mail me a copy... of course, they'll think I've finally lost it.

Haha, hi phil, nice to have you here... Didn't realise you were on this forum.
I think the brits don't really have a problem with your presentation, but you might not be "gameshow" enough for some of our cousins across the pond...

One of them sounds like Moss from the IT Crowd - not a bad thing tho LOL

Quite impressed so far, been good listening to this - filling in a lot of blanks.
