Learn to speak/write English or you will have a very hard time understanding some of the complex techniques and explanations used in here. There are no shortcuts. Experience comes from doing. Read all you can and then try different things to find what works for you. Every situation is different.
To all Newbies: Have you read this FAQ before posting? Or watched this short video?

I'm assuming you have a PAL HV30. Use 50i with a shutter speed of 1/100 or more. Use the instant auto focus (the manual focus wheel is hard to use with fast moving subjects).

Make some tests and see how they look.

    bo-jarki,

I am sorry, it is difficult to understand what you are asking. In which country do you live?

Perhaps you could post in your native language?

I think "RTFM" should be international enough.

Bo, in the manual is a nice list of which shutter speed to you at what occasion. It even explains you how to set the shutter.
