hey guys i have a noob question

i use canon hv40
if i buy a dv tape for my cam and use every time, but then i buy the same tape and the company, and everything is the the same, also the type and the same version but the difference is the time, like the one i use is 80 mins the one i bought is 60, will that cause a problem or damage to my camera ? please tell me
