Was just curious...looked around and could not find it, but since there is a website like this devoted to pretty much ever new camera, including the 5D Mk II, is there a site like this devoted to the 7D?

dvinfo.net has one forum dedicated to the 7D and a lot of info gets shared there. Many of the members at dvinfo.net are folks actively working in motion picture at the pro level or are operating business ventures of their own. All are welcome there however real names are required to register, "screen names" are not permitted.

You'll find people like Douglass Spotted Eagle (adventure documentary producer) and Charles Papert (well respected steady cam operator) and others.

The 7D forum is in a group of Canon DSLR forums that includes one for the T2i/T3i and 60D together, and one for the 5D MkII.

Damn, I've been searching for this particular video recently and never been able to find it...looks like I was searching with the wrong keywords.
I'll have a look at it at home, can't play any vimeo video at work...

The EOS 7D features a Canon EF zoom lens and offers a minimum shutter speed of 30 seconds and a maximum shutter speed of 1/8,000th of a second. The camera also features a self timer that comes with 2- and 10-second intervals and an assortment of pre-installed applications, including Canon PhotoStitch and Canon ZoomBrowser EX

Wow jennylyn, thanks for bumping this zombie thread to copypaste from the spec sheet. I think you might've forgotten to include the .sig SPAM, though ...
